Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns.
  • However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Conditions for Return

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Photo evidence of the product and packaging condition is required to process your claim.

Refunds Policy

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and approve your return request, we will notify you via email.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • In case a replacement is preferred, we will arrange for a new shipment (shipping charges will be aplicable)

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request

  • Include:
    a. Your order number.
    b.Clear photos of the product and packaging.
    c. A brief description of the issue.
